We are currently looking for a well-established and motivated Operations Team Manager to join one of our Belfast based teams. Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
The successful candidate will:
- Ensure a safe and rewarding working environment for their team.
- Develop, lead and motivate their direct reports in line with Spirit values and leadership behaviours.
- Play a lead role in supporting our cultural transformation within the management team in alignment with business priorities.
- Manage the KPI metrics under Performance, Safety, Quality, Productivity, People and Cost thus driving the journey for the team.
- Take responsibility for employee engagement activities such as Annual Performance Reviews and associated training and development plans.
- Assign labour to support programme requirements.
Qualifications
Candidate Requirements

ESSENTIAL:
- Possess a minimum of an HNC in an engineering or business-related discipline
OR
- Possess an NVQ Level III in Supervisory Management or hold a recognised certificate/diploma in management related degree
AND
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience at a leadership, supervisory or management level within an operations, functional or engineering environment or 3 years’ experience leading projects or function/operational initiatives.
The ability to work shifts will be required for this role.
