This business, a software organisation, are on a mission to help their customers improve efficiency, have better service delivery, enhance communication and ensure their software is the solution for a multitude of other pain points their clients may have. They are doing great things in the market, continuing to scale in 2024, and are excited to bring in an Operations Manager who can continue on the pathway of delivering a fantastic implementation service to their client base.

What would a typical day look like for you?
As a seasoned Service or Operations Manager, you will create and implement a strategy to support operational excellence through client implementation.
You will;
- Consistently communicate with management, internal teams, departments, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth organisational operations
- Formulate and implement business strategies aligned with growth objectives
- Adopt and integrate technologies to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
- Establish, execute, and uphold quality assurance standards
- Enhance and streamline existing organisational processes and procedures to improve and sustain internal capabilities
- Lead, motivate and support a growing team
- Manage timely data collection to update metrics and achieve targets
- Partner with cross-functional support teams to improve tools and systems
- Create and monitor projects and teams
About you:
- You are an effective communicator, collaborative, proactive, a relationship builder
- You enjoy thinking strategically, are goal-oriented, visionary and decisive
- You are tech-savvy, innovative, efficiency-driven and adaptable to new challenges
- You hold at least 3 years in a similar senior level role, with solid management experience
- Experience and skilled with statistical analysis, data,budgeting and P&L
