SalarySYK Recruitment are working with an established Private hospital in the Sheffield area who are looking to recruit a Scrub nurse/Theatre practitioner to join their Ophthalmic theatre team. The hospital is a modern, purpose-built and well-equipped private health care facility.
Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse/Theatre Practitioner Roles and Responsibilities
- Be part of a close-knit team delivering matron-led care in a consultant-led service
- Work with leading talent and make the right assessments
- Fully understand and support the needs of each patient and their family
- Offer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of care
- Build your experience across new practices, equipment and facilities
- Work with practitioners in other areas, understanding that continuity in patient care is key
Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse/Theatre PractitionerRequirements
- A Registered Nurse or ODP with active NMC/HCPC Registration
- Previous experience is Essential -minimum of one year
- Qualification Ophthalmology or Peri Operative care
- Private hospital experience is desirable
- Good written and verbal communication skills
