A full time Optical Customer Service Advisor is required to work for a lens and frame manufacturer based in Central London within their Customer Service department. The company provides Optical frames and lens services to Opticians all across the country.
Optical Customer Service Advisor - Role
- Global eyewear and lens company
- Telephone reception and order taking
- Assistance regarding technical enquiries and glazing options
- General administrative tasks related to Customer Service
- Participation in continuous training on products/processes
- Assistance to sales representatives with support requested by their customers
- Control of the application of offers and commercial policy by representatives
- Clarification of exceptional queries or requests
- Follow-up of shipments to customers
- Working Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm (5pm on a Fri)
- 1 Hour lunch
- Salary between £26,000 to £30,000 DOE
Optical Customer Service Advisor - Requirements
- Successful experience of 2 years minimum in Customer Service/sales or inside sales
- Optical/technical experience or experience in lens industry required
- Good user knowledge in handling office programs
- Fluent level/Mother tongue English, any other European language an advantage
- Strong product and customer orientation
- Strong organisational skills
- Reliable and loyal person with team orientation
