- Detailed knowledge and experience of Oracle HCM
- Expertise in Oracle OTBI /Advanced reporting
- Ability to develop enhanced skills to make minor configuration changes to Oracle HCM
- Experience of presentation of data into usable information for consumption of various key stakeholders including C Suite
- Advanced Microsoft office ability, particularly with Excel and ideally Power BI
- Proven track record in managing and delivering high quality, accurate and timely HR information
- Experience of compensation benchmarking and global grading using the Towers Watson methodology
