Our client, a supplier of FMCG products to a global customer base now has an excellent opportunity for an Order Processor / Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team in Swinton.
Overview of role:
- To raise, manage and invoice all orders for the UK sales team
- To raise, manage and invoice all UK transport
- To support the UK sales team with all their customer enquiries, new line forms, item details and any additional requests
- To liaise directly with customers with all orders and queries
Duties include:
- Raise all orders on SAP system received from UK sales team and UK customers
- Manage all UK orders raised on the SAP system - including back orders / customer forecasts
- Liaise with customers and sales team with all order updates and support where required
- Update SAP system with open orders to delivery notes once goods have left the UK Warehouse
- Update SAP system with open delivery notes to invoices once POD is available on the transport website
- Manage EDI systems for all customers when required
- Raise all transport orders on the transport system, sending pallet labels to the warehouse and tracking the orders when the goods are due to be delivered
- Working closely with the transport company to ensure deliveries are complete and helping with any queries
- Working closely with the warehouse sending all orders and ensuring that all days are within the daily picking limit
- Supporting UK sales team for orders delivered within the UK, completing all requests, new line forms, item dimensions and general queries
- Investigate UK orders over-deliveries / shortages where applicable
- Process invoices and credit notes where applicable for all UK orders
The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator - candidates from a supplier to retail will be of particular interest!
