We are recruiting on behalf of this sucessful distribution company for a Sales Order Processor to join their dedicated sales team.
Day to day duties:
- Accurately processing customer orders onto the system
- Supporting customers to resolve any queries
- Notifying customers of order / stock availability, delivery dates etc
- Working clossely with with the Purchasing Department for pricing and availability of stock and timescales
- Processing returns
- Arranging services
- Resolving customer enquiries
- Liaising with couriers to ensure goods are delivered in a timely fashion
Requirements:
- Positive attitude

- Ability to meet deadlines
- Able to proipritise workloads
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Systems savvy
