Order Processor (Buying)

Opportunity:
We are currently looking for an Order Processor to join the buying department.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Processing repeat site orders and any associated amendments.
o Checking all customer orders with high degree of accuracy and communicate any anomalies.
o Keeping track of order progress until completion.
o Data entry - Input all order requests onto the company system.
o Arranging removal of waste/spoil from site (Road Sweepers/ Muck Shifters).
o Ad-Hoc administrative tasks to support the wider Buying department.
The Successful Applicant will:
- Be proficient with MS office software (Word, Excel) and outlook.
- Hold previous experience in a fast-paced administrative or co-ordinator role.
- Have excellent communication via email and phone.
- Be able to multi-task department needs, plan and prioritise and shift priorities quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Demonstrate methodical administration skills with good attention to detail.
- Familiarise themselves with relevant products and codes.
- Execute objectives with efficiency and effectiveness, measuring and monitoring the progress of outcomes.
- Be resilient, professional and possess a good work ethic.
- Be a Team Player.
- Have a sense of urgency.

Package:
o Contract Type: Permanent
o Weekly Hours: 07:30am to 16:30pm
o 28 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays.
