SalaryOur Public Sector client now requires a talented Organisational Design Consultant to join them on a 5-month initial contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support an ambitious transformation programme within a large Public Sector body.
The Organisational Design Consultant will support the team currently moving from high-level org design into a detailed design and implementation phase, working iteratively through the organisation in rapid sprints. The work will involve designing organisation structures & roles, facilitating working sessions to test and refine the design, plan for implementation & support the HR process to conduct people moves, consultation etc.
Key Skills:
- Organisational Design (OD) experience
- Target Operating Model (TOM) experience
- Ability to identify organisational capabilities to support individual teams
- Public sector experience
- Ideally background working with a management consultancy
Duration: 5 months
Location: Hybrid/Central London
