Day to Day of the Role:
• Work directly with clients to identify cyber risks and scope sustainable solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and implement Cyber Security strategies and policies.
• Deliver oversight and assurance programmes to manage cyber risk.
• Manage project delivery, including task and commercial management.
• Recruit, train, and coach Cyber Security staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• A relevant cyber-security professional qualification or evidence of working towards one.
• Experience in Cyber Security consultancy or within an organisation operating physical assets.
• Proven people management skills for coaching and development.
• Familiarity with built environment industry practices and technologies.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as NIST, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443.
