We are seeking an organized and driven OTC Manager to join our growing FMCG team in the Accounting & Finance Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Order to Cash (OTC) processes and team members within our fast-paced London office.

Our client is a leading company in the FMCG industry, over the last 12 years they have grown to a turnover of £30 million.
They are now looking for an OTC Manager to join their team and build out their function.
They are looking for someone who has worked in the FMCG sector and has dealt with the UK retailers such as Asda and Tesco.
This is a hybrid role, based in Central London.

- Manage the entire Order to Cash (OTC) process, including order management, invoicing, and collections.
- Oversee a team of professionals dedicated to ensuring smooth OTC processes.
- Implement strategies for streamlining and improving OTC processes.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless integration of the OTC process.
- Ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Monitor and report on OTC performance metrics.
- Handle customer queries and issues related to the OTC process.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to enhance performance.
Profile
A successful OTC Manager should have:
