What will I be doing?
- Supporting a high-volume Outbound Customer service contact centre
- Making outbound calls to new, existing and previous customer about our emergency breakdown cover
- Calling new and previous customers who have received online quotes
- Calling existing customers about their membership renewal
- Striving towards sales goals or retaining customers who are coming to the end of their membership
- Engaging with Customers and building confidence to deliver outstanding customer service on every call
- Pushing for better by using resources, tools and systems available to offer the best customer outcome
- Maintaining focus and composure during peak call times, ensuring each customer receives the same exceptional level of customer service.
- Taking care of a variety of customers including distressed/angry customers.
