Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for multiple Customer Services Advisors to join client based in Aylesbury. This role would be based in the new team which will focus on supporting current company campaigns.
Salary: £24,000
Hours: Mon- Fri 11am-7pm & Sat 9am-12pm
The Customer Services Advisor will deliver excellent Customer Service support across a range of community programmes and projects.
Duties:
- Out bounding calling to customers to discuss current campaigns
- Cold calling warm leads
- Providing information and support to customers across a range of energy efficiency programmes via telephone/email
- Answer queries in line with our service level agreement, taking appropriate action to ensure customer/client satisfaction
- Working effectively with internal departments and industry partners to help deliver our full range of services
- Ability to decide on the most appropriate means of communication (written and oral) and accurately deliver when updating, advising, and referring information to clients, customers, and industry partners.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in call handling or working in a call centre
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with using IT platforms.
- Call centre/outbound calling experience
- Great communications skills
