Our client is looking for an amazing Customer Service Advisor to help support the Customer Services team processing patient orders in an efficient and caring manner. The role will involve receiving and making calls as well as emails and updating the customer database when necessary. The role includes administration such as working with the database and generating surgery letters.
This role is ideal for someone who has an excellent telephone manner with a great eye for detail. You will need to be a great empathetic listener who is able to work towards deadlines and maintain and enhance the company’s brand and reputation.
This position is working 6.00pm to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, 15 hours per week. This role is a 12 month FTC. The role is mainly working remotely but will require two weeks in office training which will be during the day and also you must be commutable to the office to be able to attend any further training days required. The salary on offer for this role is £23,400 pro rata (£9,360 per annum actual).
The main duties of this Evening Customer Service Advisor (Part-Time/ Remote) role are as follows:
- Process patient orders with efficiency and care
- Generate surgery letters
- Support the Patient Services team with routine admin tasks
- Occasional outbound calling to existing patients
- Cleanse data base regularly

- Proven excellent Database Management Skills
- Excellent communication, oral and written skills
- High level of accuracy
- Excellent telephone manner
