SalaryA multi-award winning, global marketing and comms agency based in London is looking to recruit an Outbound Marketing Project Manager to coordinate pitch materials, credentials, case studies and other external-facing material, as well as supporting on Outbound Marketing strategy. This role is not directly involved in pitching for business, but we need a real details person who is able to bring together all relevant pitch and RFI info on behalf of this global agency. You’ll also get involved in implementing global Outbound Marketing campaigns to attract iconic brands. If you have marketing agency experience and are a strong Project Manager, able to liaise internally to coordinate stakeholders and teams to make things happen, this could be for you.
As the successful Outbound Marketing Project Manager, you’ll get hybrid working with 2 days a week working from home and 3 days a week in the central London office.
The experience we need.
- Experience working in a first-class marketing agency
- Demonstrable skill working to coordinate stakeholders through a project management, account management, or a marketing management position would be ideal.
- Experience collating pitch materials, credentials and case studies to win business would be ideal but is not essential.
- Experienced implementing Outbound Marketing strategy would be a big plus.

You’ll also get involved in implementing Outbound Marketing strategy to attract the world’s top brands and continue this global agency’s incredible success.
