Outbound Sales Advisor

This is an outbound telephony role with a customer service excellence and sales edge, don’t worry if you don’t have experience excellent training is given to perfect your communication with influencing skills.
Your purpose will be to contact former customers for *Foundever’s *client and remind and build rapport and promote the meaningful work the charity supports, leading to increased support and renewed subscriptions. The charity you will be representing has a very strong brand and is widely known for supporting thousands of charitable organisations and community projects across the UK.
Paid training will provided, but you will be also leaning on your own drive to succeed along with trust and integrity. Your personality will need to shine. This role will allow you to be you and be that person that will deliver customer excellence and renewed subscriptions though your character and confidence without the corporate edge.
*Reward* – An annual salary of *£22,425 (£11.50 per hour) *which is paid monthly for a *37.5 hours working week *– *Monday to Friday *within the opening hours of *0930- 1800*. *Location* – *Outskirts of Swansea* with *free onsite parking*. It is less that a 2 minute walk from the bus stop.
If you don’t have experience, don’t worry! We are very experienced at providing very specific training. All we ask is that you have a passion and a personality for speaking to people and contributing towards charitable work. Computer literacy is also necessary.
