Salary:

22,000 – 26,000 (DOE)

Birmingham (City Centre)

Hours of work:

09:00am – 17:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Do you have experience of working within a call centre / Outbound Sales environment? Are you an outhoing and confident individual who enjoys working within target based positions? The Recruitment Co. are currently recruiting for one of our key clients based in Birmingham and this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential new customers and identifying new business prospects to be followed up by the sales team

• Developing a progressive relationship with potential clients with excellent rapport building

• Achieving monthly revenue targets

Key Skills and Qualities:

• A great telephone manner

• The confidence to deal with a broad range of customers

• First class communication skills

• Driven mindset

• 22K -26K depending on experience, Uncapped commission (OTE £40,000)
