Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in our new offices. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and acquiring new business through outbound phone sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas set by management.
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimise sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address client needs and objections.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Outbound Sales environment is essential.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
