The post holder will assist the Reception Access Manager in the management and coordination of key administrative and clerical functions for Outpatient reception areas. This will include the monitoring and recording of core clinical activity and outpatient waiting lists in line with relevant policies and guidance and the management of the Outpatient Reception team at Belfast City Hospital..

University degree or recognised professional qualification and a minimum of 2 years Health Records experience. OR A minimum of 5 years Health records experience, 1 of which should be at A&C Band 4 or above or equivalent.A comprehensive knowledge and experience of Heath Records Systems (including PAS), the Integrated Elective Access Protocol (IEAP) and relevant legislation.
