Outsourced CFO/Finance Director

Outsourced CFO/Finance Director - Full Time or Part Time. Remote working available. Office space available if desired with free parking. Our client is a forward-thinking organisation based in Brighton. They're looking for a qualified commercial accountant from either a practice or industry background to serve as an outsourced CFO to key clients they work with. The opportunity can be either full-time or part-time (no less than 3 days a week). As an outsourced CFO, you will work closely with the companies allocated, to manage and nurture their entire finance functions. Work with CEOs and Directors of the companies as their fractional CFO meetings are regular where insights and advice will be given. Oversee accounting processes and advise on any recommendations for this to be improved. Reviewing financial statements for allocated company or group Reviewing and speaking with clients about year-end accounts Producing cashflow, profit & loss, and balance sheet forecast and reports Reviewing VAT returns and liaising with statutory third parties Produce budget and scenario planning reports to present to stakeholders Produce management information based on monthly or quarterly financial reporting Liaise with external auditors Qualifications & Experience ACCA / ACA qualified with 1/2 years post qualification Excellent knowledge of FRS 102 1A and FRS 105 A strong focus and attention to detail Proactive approach to work prioritisation and time management Experience using different online accounting softwares Fathom and Futrli are currently used.
