Form of workAbsolute Executive Search is delighted to be partnered with a Top 25 Accountancy Practice who are searching for an Outsourcing Accounts Assistant Manager to join their Outsourcing Accounting Team based in London.
The successful candidate will be joining an established team where full support will be given and there is excellent career progression opportunities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibility of a portfolio of clients with varying sizes and requirements, ranging from VAT return preparation through to Management Accounts and advisory work.Management of the team members servicing the portfolio of clients, ensuring all output is accurate and consistent whilst creating a positive and enjoyable working environment.Communicating Management Information to clients with commentary and discussing their business performance.Managing tight deadlines and client expectations, requiring a highly organised and pragmatic approach.Potential to be involved in systems-based work including reviews of clients' financial systems and processes, software health checks, recommending improvements and implementing changes.The Person:
ACA, ACCA qualified preferable.Excellent working knowledge of cloud-based accounting systemsSolid technical accounting knowledgeRelevant and current Outsourcing experience / Financial Controller level experience if in industryProducing Management Accounts and commentary for business ownersStrong communication skillsAbility to motivate and develop a team.Adaptable to varying client needs.Effective client relationship builderStrong commercial business acumenHybrid working is offered.
