Brook Street has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator or PA to join an excellent organisation on an on-going temporary basis.
This role is a part-time position for up-to 28 hours a week, initially for 12 months.
Duties:
- Appointment Scheduling
- Meeting Coordination
- Preparation of documents and report writing
- Manage inbox
You Must Have:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Apple Software (Desirable)
- Good Time Management and Organisational Skills
- A valid driving licence and vehicle
- Enhanced DBS
