Pa / Administrator

Our established client has an opportunity for a PA / Administrator to join their very friendly team!
You will be based in Clifton, Bristol. This role is full time Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, office-based role.
We can also consider candidates who are seeking a Part time role of around 30 hours per week (e.g. 4 days per week).
Salary £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience and Pro rata if Part time)
You will receive 25 days' holiday + bank holidays (increases with every 2 years of service up to 30 days).

The Role
This is a varied Administration focused role, which will comprise of administrative, front office and PA tasks:
- Front of house duties, including, meeting and greeting guests, booking meeting rooms, organising refreshments
- Organising work events, social events and work outings
- PA support for the MD and Directors which will include diary management, booking hotels and travel and meeting organising
The Person
- Ideally we are looking for previous administration experience. PA experience is an advantage.
- You will need to be very organised, and able to anticipate needs in advance!
- It's essential that you are a 'people person' and will enjoy providing the front of house support and being the first point of contact for all visitors to the office
- A professional, personable approach and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
