PA. Charity. Contract. 25 hrs / week. Hybrid. Start ASAP

This global philanthropic organisation is looking for an exceptional part-time temp Personal Assistant, with an interest in working in the charity sector, to support three directors on a hybrid basis for 6 months / 25 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have extensive administrative experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced and complex environment. You must have strong interpersonal skills, and work effectively as part of a team. Professional judgement, ethical standards, confidentiality, and personal integrity are vital.

Exceptional communication, organisational skills and attention to detail are required, alongside the ability to work independently.  This PA must be a self-motivated problem solver, able to jump straight into this 6-month contract.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Complex diary management
• Travel
• Expenses

Hours: 25 / week (3 days or 5 hours each day Mon – Fri)

Based: Hybrid

Salary: Up to £18/hour
