SalaryThis is a fantastic opportunity for a high calibre graduate PA with proven experience in the Search sector to join this high- profile Executive Search firm specializing in the tech innovation space. The firm works with fast-growing businesses and investment firms, conducting searches for venture capital-backed start-ups. It is based in the heart of London’s West End and has an undeniable dynamic culture for excellence.
For this role, you will be at the heart of the company’s operations, ensuring seamless coordination and support for client engagements and search processes.
Responsibilities include managing client and candidate meetings and interview schedules, coordinating logistics and priorities for partners and principals, handling expenses for partners and candidates, maintaining up-to-date team and sector information on shared platforms, assisting with scheduling and coordination of team meetings, reviews, and social events and having the opportunity to oversee the search process from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met. You’ll prepare and format various documents to a high standard, maintain database integrity and accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date and support business development activities by preparing pitch documents and following up on proposals.
You will have 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced B2B/professional services environment; ideally in the Search sector. You’ll have strong organizational and multitasking skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion, proficiency in MS Office and CRM databases, experience working in a global, diverse team environment and proven track record of contributing to process improvements.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s fastest-growing businesses, assisting in conducting searches for venture capital-backed start-ups.
