- Job Type: 18.5 hours (Wed, Thursday, Friday). Happy to accommodate a day working from home, however it will not be a set day and will need candidates to be flexible to suit needs of director.
- Salary: GBP14.41 per hour
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join our Corporate Leadership Business Support Team. You will be providing comprehensive high-level business support to one of our Corporate Directors, engaging in a wide variety of tasks in a high-profile and busy environment.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide administrative and secretarial support to a Corporate Director.
- Manage complex diaries, organise meetings and prepare necessary documents.
- Act as the first point of contact for senior officers, Members, and external organisations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Ensure efficient office management, including maintaining supplies and equipment.
- Assist in the organisation of events and conferences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to use initiative and work autonomously.
- Experience in working as part of a busy team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
