AddressI'm excited to offer an opportunity to join our team at NaughTEA Boba as a Personal Assistant (PA) on a part-time basis.
Our vibrant boba tea shop is located at 376 Ladypool Rd., Balsall Heath, Birmingham B12 8JY, UK. We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to support our management team and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.
As a PA, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to assist in the day-to-day running of the shop. This may include managing schedule and appointments, responding to emails and phone calls, coordinating events and meetings, and handling administrative duties. You will be the right-hand person to our Director, helping them stay organised and focused on their priorities.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to prioritize tasks effectively and work well under pressure. Attention to detail is key, as you will be responsible for keeping our managers on track and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
