Pa / Secretary

Our successful client based in Catterick Garrison are now seeking a PA /Secretary to join them to support one of their Directors with key business duties. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic company who continue to grow and have an excellent benefit package This role would suit an individual used to working in a fast-paced environment, keen to support in all aspects of the business. Duties as a PA / Secretary:

• Handling relevant correspondence and reports
• Liaising with internal and external parties
• Managing diaries and arranging appointments
• Handling queries and gathering information
• Updating company systems and maintaining files
• Carrying out suitable checks
• Using various software and systems
• Checking accuracy of documentation
• Dealing with invoices
• Providing general administration/secretarial support

 
What we are looking for:

• A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent typing and numeracy skills
• Have the ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Proactive with the ability to problem solve
• Be able to work as part of a wider team when required
• A strong work ethic, with a warm and friendly manner

 
To be successful as a PA / Secretary you will be an organised, personable and presentable individual with a keen eye for detail and a professional manner. In return the successful candidate will receive a salary up to £28,000, plus company benefits, working Monday to Friday,
