Salary‘PA to Business Directors’
Top City law firm is seeking an experienced PA to Business Directors to support their Director of Knowledge, Knowledge team and Director of Partner Performance. This is a permanent position offering hybrid working and generous benefits.
- Salary £45,000
- Hybrid Working (2 days remote working)
- 9.30am to 5.30pm
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA/EA who has previously supported a Business Services team within a legal or professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities of the PA to Business Directors:
- Meeting scheduling and extensive diary management.
- Managing agendas and taking minutes of meetings.
- Liaising with internal and external person/s for all meeting logistics and Knowledge training sessions.
- Managing travel including visas and itineraries.
- Help prepare and administer relevant budgets.
- Preparing documents, proofreading and the creation of PDF bundles.
- Managing team social events and team training events.
- Assisting with the recruitment process of lateral hire candidates and subsequent onboarding.
- Assisting with Partner reviews and promotion process and Partner development.
Requirements as the PA to Business Directors:
- Previous experience in a PA/EA role supporting a senior leadership team.
- Previous experience of supporting a Business Services team.
- Previous operational experience is desirable.
- Experience gained from a legal or professional services environment is essential.
- Highly skilled on all MS Office applications.
- Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work.
