We are delighted to be supporting a world class Insurance Services business, in the appointment of an Executive PA to assist with their continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, diligent and competent PA to support at a senior level, with the additional benefit of day-to-day mentorship from an amazing Business Ops Manager.
You will take on responsibility for:
- Providing executive support to the Group Founder/CEO and the Group CFO as well as providing ad-hoc support to the wider Leadership team where required.
- Scheduling meeting/appointments, resolving any scheduling issues and adapting the calendar according to priorities and business needs.
- Arranging extensive business travel both in the UK and internationally and assisting in producing meeting planners/itineraries.
- Arranging and managing both internal and external client meetings inc. room bookings, AV requirements, etc.
- Organising/coordinating team events and offsites, assisting where necessary on external client events including research, sourcing venues and monitoring budgets.
- Managing and submitting business expense claims, ensuring they adhere to company policy.
- Reporting to the Business Ops Manager, and providing cover for admin support where necessary.
In order to be considered you need to have:
- Strong and demonstrable experience within a similar role, from within Insurance or Financial Services sector
- Ability to provide excellent administrative and organisational support, planning and prioritising effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the confidence to deal with all levels of seniority and a flexible attitude to managing competing demands.
- High level of initiative and self-motivation with good time management skills, adapting to meet the needs of the business where required.
- Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders, whilst always exercising discretion and diplomacy in all communication.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
