Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a PA to Deputy Executive Director - Development on a Permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office.
A bit about the role:
As a PA to Deputy Executive Director - Development, you will be managing the Director’s office, supporting them to run the Development department seamlessly, and leading the day to day administration and office management of the different teams that report into the Director.
Acting as an ambassador for the Director and the organisation in every respect, and staying one step ahead of what’s needed, the PA will confidently control the organisation of the Director and support their workload – including optimising the time of themselves, the Director and the wider team.
Some of the key results for the role include:
Up to date and timely scheduling of diary management for the Director, knowing when to highlight key messages and tasks and doing so with confidence, knowing when to respond on their behalf.
Set up and run fantastic administration systems that effectively manage meetings, travel and conference arrangements, expenses and invoicing, team records/performance, organisation structures.
To proactively review and monitor responses to MPs and councillor enquiries on behalf of the Director, in conjunction with colleagues.
Take accurate minutes and follow up on actions; track actions to ensure completed within required deadlines.
A minimum of 2 to 3 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required.
