Exceptional PA to Directors - Central London

Are you an experienced and highly organised personal assistant ready to showcase your talents supporting C-suite executives? Our prestigious company is seeking a talented and resourceful Team PA to seamlessly manage the demanding schedules of multiple Directors within their Senior Leadership Team.

This busy and varied role will entail travelling to their slick London offices one day per week (Expenses paid for) and will be hybrid.

The role will entail:

• Efficiently manage complex diaries, resolve scheduling conflicts, and anticipate meeting requirements.
• Handling incoming queries and communications with poise, pre-screening and drafting professional responses
• Preparing high-calibre reports, presentations, agendas, and documentation with superb attention to detail
• Providing comprehensive meeting support - coordinating logistics, booking rooms/resources, and arranging hospitality
• Arranging comprehensive domestic/international travel - booking flights, trains, visas, hotels, and transportation
• Monitoring expenses and invoices, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Step in to support other Team PAs handling executive schedules and ad-hoc duties as required.

Applicants will have previous experience supporting a Senior Leadership Team in a PA capacity. The role will be based in Coventry two days and one day per week in London.
