Personal Assistant to Property DirectorSalary: £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm Our client, a prestigious private estate, is looking for a Personal Assistant to the
Property Director to join their team.This position is to proactively support the
Property Director with daily organisation and administration tasks, as well as supporting the wider senior management and property teams when needed.The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant to Directors or senior management in a real estate company, with strong knowledge or experience in property management administration and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide support with diary management, making secure travel arrangements, setting up meeting rooms whilst taking agendas and minutes, and other ad-hoc support.
- Provide additional PA and team support to the other members of senior management in the absence of their personal assistants.
- Assist with data and process administration, compiling reports on the department and KPIs.
- Provide office management and administrative support, ensuring it is well stocked and compliant with health and safety.
- Be responsible for coordinating the property assistants, ensuring they are trained in reception and office management, and able to provide absence support.
- Organise company socials and events, coordinating diaries with the entire team.
- Provide exemplary customer service to all visitors and enquiries, directing to the right team for efficient support.
- Following the company guidelines and acting as an ambassador for the business at all times.
Experience Requirements:- A minimum of 2 years in a Personal or Executive Assistant position, supporting Directors or senior management - ideally within real estate or property management
- Experience in property management processes, such as service charges and section 20s
- Experience supporting with office management and administration
- Experience managing or coordinating a team of administrators, ideal but not essential
- Strong diary management and minute-taking experience
- Strong IT skills including MS Office and property systems
- Highly organised with exemplary attention to detail
