Executive Assistant to Managing Directors - Office location Putney.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director of a Real Estate company. The ideal candidate will be an efficient multitasker with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires impeccable attention to detail and a strong sense of discretion due to the confidential nature of the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Manage the Director's schedule by scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including screening phone calls, whatsapp messages, wechat, emails, and other correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items to support effective meetings.
- Documentation and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Project Support: Provide administrative support for various real estate projects, including research, data analysis, and coordination with other team members.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Ad Hoc Support: Assist the Director with special projects, events, and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and calendar management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and practices is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
