Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity to join our fast and dynamic team at TGS Outdoors.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, computer skills, and a strong administrative background. This position will involve various clerical and office tasks, including data entry, organization, and general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with booking in stock and stock taking
- Handle enquiries via telephone or email
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with general administrative duties as assigned
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A usual work week would be approximately 15-20 hours a week (Tuesday- Friday).
However working hours are flexible, and opportunity for extra hours where possible.
