Full Time Salary: £24,293 - £26,042 [Actual Salary: £20,882 - £22,386]
37 hours a week, 8.15am to 4.15pm [3.45pm Tuesday]

St Mark’s CE School is the only all through school in Southampton. We currently have children from Year R - Year 8 and are expanding year on year until 2026.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant and Receptionist to join our extremely busy office team. We pride ourselves on being a welcoming friendly school and this role is key to this as you could be the first person most people meet when visiting our school.
Applicants should be friendly, flexible, approachable and able to communicate well with children and adults in our diverse community. They should be an experienced administrator and be a confident communicator, both face to face and on the telephone. An excellent knowledge of ICT and the microsoft package is essential as is experience of working in a busy office environment.
An ability to multi task whilst putting our children first is a key requisite for this
position as no two days are the same!.
A first aid certificate and a knowledge of SIMS would be an advantage although
training will be given. A compliance of confidentiality and safeguarding is essential as are excellent customer service and administration skills.
