Our Southampton office is currently looking for a part-time Administration Assistant.
The successful candidate will assist the administration team in undertaking a wide range of tasks including filing, archiving, maintaining databases, sending out mailshots by e-mail and post, answering the telephone and covering reception when other team members are on holiday.
In order to carry out this role effectively, we are looking for someone who has the following skills:-
- Be confident and articulate with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues via telephone, in person and by e-mail.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Have a well organised and methodical approach to the workload and be able to manage deadlines and prioritise conflicting demands.
- Possess good IT skills.
- Value a team working environment as well as being able to work independently with limited guidance.
- Possess a positive and caring attitude towards your work and your colleagues.
We anticipate that this role will take approximately 20 hours a week to include Fridays.
