We have an exciting opportunity available for an organised Administrator who wants to work as part of a team in a professional and diverse organization. No two days will be the same as duties will be varied and at times challenging. The ideal candidate will be organised, pro-active and will thrive working in a busy, ever changing environment.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract working full time hours Monday to Friday. After an initial training/handover period, hybrid working will be available.
- Diary management
- Escalating emails
- Printing budget reports when requested
- Maintaining various letter templates and draft letters as and when requested
- Assisting the cash management team with mandates by obtaining information/signatures when required
- Reviewing cash management checklists and logs for accuracy
- Submitting all team expenses to finance department
- Arranging team days, team social events and room bookings
- Maintaining department welcome slides and issue to attendees across the firm
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent numeracy skills and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and great organisational skills
- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the capability to efficiently navigate and utilise advanced features to support daily tasks and projects
