Do you have several years’ experience supporting a client-facing team in financial services, with exposure to organising events and roadshows?

Are you an excellent communicator who is highly organised and can engage with people at all levels?

Are you IT-savvy with experience using Salesforce or other CRM? 

And would you thrive being part of a dynamic client-facing team who travel globally and need a lynchpin PA to keep them organised?

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Extensive calendar management using good judgment and initiative to prioritize effectively
• Responding promptly to communication changes, updating managers and colleagues
• Coordinating meetings with internal associates and external clients
• Managing complex travel arrangements across multiple time zones
• Producing detailed itineraries, managing visa and passport requirements
• Completing monthly multi-currency business expenses
• Producing correspondence, reports and presentations
• Organising department/team meetings and events
• Working closely with other Assistants and providing support as required
• Participating in projects or focus groups
• Using initiative to improve work processes

The skills you need to bring:

• Several years’ PA experience within financial services
• Ability to work productively and collaborate with others
• Strong and confident communication skills
• Desire to be part of a successful, high-performing team
• Experience booking global travel
• Advanced MS Office
