Job Title: PA to Senior Manager

This role is key to support a team of Senior Leaders with administrative duties to ensure that high standards and confidentiality are always maintained and that the professional image of the company is projected in all work completed.
It requires you to work closely with key stakeholders and offers broad and varied work, with exposure to Senior Leaders across the business.
This role will be a great opportunity for an individual who has exceptional administrative and organisational skills, and who gets satisfaction from collaborating with others to make a positive impact for colleagues and customers.
About the role
- Provide exceptional administrative Support to the Senior Management team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and manage expenses in compliance with company policy.
- Provide highly effective diary management including the resolution of scheduling conflicts.
- Gather, compile, and organise key information from various sources, including internal reports, external research, and team updates.
- Plan, organise and manage events, liaising with appropriate departments and colleagues.
- Attend leadership meetings and record and communicate actions and conclusions.
- Support efficient email inbox management.
- Occasional requirement to produce documents, briefing papers, reports, or presentations.
About you
- IT literate with strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and use of content management tools.
- Previous PA experience at a senior level.
- An excellent communicator with exceptional organisation and administration skills.
- The ability and confidence to prioritise and manage tasks with senior stakeholders.
- Confident building and developing key business relationships.
- Able to manage high volume workload with accuracy and proficiency.
- A self-starter, who is empowered to find the best way to fulfil actions or solve problems.
