SalaryA charity based in Huddersfield is looking to recruit a PA to the CEO on a full-time basis to join the team ASAP.They are looking for someone who is highly motivated and has the ability to work at CEO level. You will also need to be highly organised and be able to manage multiple tasks at any one time.Main duties will include:
- High level admin support to the CEO
- Management of calendars and meeting schedules
- Prepare meeting documents and take minutes
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Manage correspondence - via phone and email
- Prepare reports
- Prepare presentations
