Our client, a leader in the renewable energy industry, is seeking a Package Manager for Offshore Site Investigation to join their team. As a Package Manager, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of multiple offshore wind farm Site Investigation campaigns in the UK. This is a contract position with a focus on site surveys and geotechnical expertise.

- Significant experience in site surveys and geotechnical work
- Understanding of offshore wind farm projects
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver projects to deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work remotely and independently
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of metocean, geophysical, and geotechnical investigations and analysis
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with legislation and industry best practices
- Manage the delivery schedule, identifying and mitigating potential delays
- Oversee the budget, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and supporting any variation orders and claims
- Evaluate and manage delivery risks associated with foundation Site Investigations
- Identify synergies and demonstrate potential cost savings
- Manage contracts with engineering consultants and experts
- Incorporate lessons learned from projects into future works
- Provide support to Procurement, Quality, and HSSE departments
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop cost-effective solutions

- Deliver a safe and high-quality geotechnical Site Investigation to support the development of the offshore wind farm
