As a Packaging Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the operations, managing multiple packaging projects across a diverse portfolio. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the products stand out on the shelves, meeting the high standards for quality, innovation, and sustainability.
Are you who we're looking for?
- Previous project management experience, coupled with a solid understanding of packaging and print processes.
- You're organised, methodical, and adept at prioritising tasks to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills are a must, as you'll be liaising with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- You're not afraid to challenge the status quo and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- While experience in packaging is preferred, we welcome applicants who demonstrate relevant skills and a passion for learning.
What does the day to day look like?
- Project manage the development, implementation, and delivery of packaging projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with brand marketing, legal, and design agencies to provide guidance and solutions, ensuring artwork is approved on time.
- Champion sustainable packaging solutions to increase our global market share.
- Ensure all componentry meets manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
