Role Overview: As a Paid Media Executive, you'll play a key role in managing and optimizing Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms. From Google Ads to Meta/X Ads, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and collaborate with a team of passionate professionals. Your expertise in GA4 will be crucial in tracking and analyzing campaign performance, ensuring that our clients receive maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and X Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to drive quality traffic and leads.
• Monitor campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align Paid Media strategies with overall marketing objectives and client goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing new features and strategies to enhance campaign performance.
• Assist in client meetings and presentations, providing expertise and recommendations for Paid Media strategies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Paid Media management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and GA4, with a strong understanding of tracking and reporting.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads), and X Ads (e.g., LinkedIn Ads) is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
