Overview:
Presenting a rare opportunity for a Paid Media freelancer to work in partnership with some of the world’s most well-loved music events and international brands. The agency is a forward-thinking creative-first performance marketing & events agency.
With clients including many festivals & events brands, the role will support and manage the p aid media buying process at the agency including: proposals, budgeting, campaign setup, optimisation, process optimisation and reporting.
The Role:
The ideal candidate will have 3 years+ experience and exceptional proficiency in Paid Media buying, strategy, analysis and budget management.
- Strategise, develop and manage paid social media advertising and amplification campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat & other platforms alongside the team (who will provide creative, social posts and content);
- Strategise, develop and manage PPC campaigns through Google Adwords alongside the team (who will provide creative, social posts and content);
- Primarily working by buying directly from the social media & PPC platforms, as well occasionally buying from external agencies;
- Understand the mix of paid, earned, owned media and deliver insights to the content team regarding what delivers the greatest success;
- Conduct regular campaign analysis and optimisation;
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and diligently working towards campaign KPIS;
- Conduct testing to advance channel effectiveness and drive insights; includes planning, prioritisation, measurement, structure and analysis;
- Oversee, author and constructively edit Paid Media reports.
Requirements:
- Extensive portfolio of full campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
- Ads, YouTube and Google Adwords.
- Deep understanding of campaign targeting, remarketing and cross-channel attribution.
- Solid technical understanding of IT and tracking; experience in programmatic/Real-time-Bidding is a plus.
- Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Fluent English speaker.
- A clear communicator, able to explain complex facts in an understandable way.

Benefits :
- Salary: Up to £35 per hour (DOE)
