Paid Media Manager - Purpose-Driven Digital Agency

We’re looking for a talented Paid Media Manager to join a award-winning and purpose driven Digital agency based. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with house-hold name brands and play an pivotal role in defining Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns for a variety of clients and sectors. Working closely with the Head of Digital, you’ll devise innovate strategies across Google Ads, Shopping, Meta Ads, Tiktok and LinkedIn. What you’ll be doing

• Plan, develop and execute Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Shopping, Tiktok and LinkedIn.
• Track and report on campaigns success on regular basis and optimise campaigns where necessary. Proficient in reporting tools Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Data Studio.
• Ensure technical PPC activity is optimised across keywords, ad copy, bids & bid strategy, audiences.
• Utilise Google Trends amongst other Insight tools for competitor analysis and making recommendations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new developments to ensure best practices.
• Collaborate with wider Marketing team when needed and assist in identifying new opportunities.
• Mentor a junior team member.

What experience you’ll need to apply

• Experience in a similar Paid Media position, managing both Paid Search and Paid Social Campaigns. B2C experience is highly advantageous.
• Comfortable analysing and reporting campaigns on Google Analytics and making recommendations for improvement.
• Skilled in Technical PPC activity in the above areas.
