Social Media Manager (Full Time)

Crossfader, a leader in DJ and music industry education & innovation, is seeking a Social Media Manager with a passion for music and digital trends to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a creative and strategic thinker who is adept at multitasking and eager to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a cutting-edge Social Media strategy that enhances Crossfader's brand and facilitates audience growth.
• Community Building: Engage with our global audience and industry influencers, enhancing brand presence and fostering a strong community connection.
• Content Creation: Manage the production of engaging content from conception to publication across various platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Campaign Planning: Lead creative social campaigns to highlight product launches, events, and other key initiatives, crafting compelling brand narratives.
• Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyse performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to boost effectiveness and reach.
• Trends and Innovation: Keep abreast of the latest Social Media trends and innovations, integrating new tools and techniques to keep Crossfader at the forefront of the industry.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in Social Media management, with a portfolio that demonstrates an ability to captivate and grow an audience.
• Expert knowledge of Social Media platforms, trends, and analytics, with a proven track record of implementing successful strategies that align with brand goals.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to maintain the unique Crossfader tone of voice.
• Creativity and a keen eye for design, able to produce visually appealing media content that resonates with our audience.
• Experience with Social Media tools for scheduling, monitoring, and analysis.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative spirit and a drive for continuous improvement.

Desirable:

• A background in or knowledge of the DJ industry and a robust interest in music culture.
• Track record of community building
• Good understanding of Discord

Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• No weekends
