Location: Cardiff, South Glamorgan
Salary: £30k - £40k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits
Permanent, 37.5 Hours, Hybrid options available
The Client:

The Role:
As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be collaborating closely with the Paid Search Manager to execute the businesss Paid Search strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute search campaigns in bulk.
* Conduct regular keyword research, landing page creation, and search terms analysis.
* Manage and optimise Google and Microsoft Search Ads campaigns.
* Oversee Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts, ensuring best practices.
* Work with in-house design team for persuasive ads and landing pages.
* Develop compelling ad copy communicating key product / service benefits.
* Monitor, report success, and analyse campaign data for future strategies.
* Assist in new ad account setup.
* Track daily KPIs for improved efficiency.
* Identify new areas of Paid Search opportunities.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
* Conduct A/B tests to enhance ad performance.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Paid Search Specialist or in a similar role.
* Possess 2+ years' experience in managing Google Search Ads campaigns.
* In-depth knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
* Up-to-date Google Ads & Bing Ads qualifications.
* Exceptional analytical and copywriting skills.
* Mid-level expertise in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience in lead generation.

* Skilled Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
