As an Paid Social Director you will be responsible for

• Overall accountability for planning, forecasting, delivery and growth of profitable Paid Social campaigns
• Managing clients where specialist Paid Social expertise is required
• Managing the Paid Social team to ensure best-in-class delivery of campaigns and client success
• Implementing processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in the team's outputs
• Directing clients, who will be either fully owned by your team, or by a wider agency client team
• Help scale a team of channel experts that can work efficiently to produce great campaign results
• Support the Head of Digital Delivery in building the processes, services and expertise necessary to enable a differentiated, market leading paid search offering
• Lead agency relationships with key Paid Social partners including Meta and TikTok.
• Support the agency in delivering new business by showcasing your ideas and expertise. You will have opportunity to contribute to and participate directly in pitches.

You:

• Plenty of experience working hands-on building and optimising Paid Social accounts in different sectors, with a focus on ecommerce
• Hands-on experience of planning campaigns and forecasting performance
• Seasoned client liaison skills, including project management and conflict resolution
• A track record of winning, growing and retaining clients in an agency or consultancy environment
• Management experience handling a team of technical specialists
