THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART You are a Social Media superstar who understands the balance between Brand and business performance. You know the ins and outs of Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest both from a paid and a content prospective and will be the first to know about emerging platforms by being close to the Social Media world at a macro level. As a key component of the overarching EMEA objectives & Marketing strategy you will work closely as part of the Paid Social team to work on channel strategy, execute plans in collaboration with country teams, share insights, track KPI’s and optimise where necessary to get the best results. In short, you will drive the brand presence on Paid Social, in particular in Meta, by following our EMEA digital first social strategy, working closely with the trade team to make sure our demand and traffic KPIs are reached. THE GIG
  • Work closely with Paid Social Marketing Manager to implement Social Media strategies specifically in Meta making sure we drive products heat and desire.
  • You will work with your team to develop our technical digital capability and constantly improve our ROAS and revenues.
  • You’ll be experienced at conducting audience testing, market analysis and optimising campaign performance.
  • Build and manage campaigns (in real time) across multiple Social Media channels. Be able to pivot and optimize daily.
  • Support in creating content for social and e-commerce when needed.
  • Work with Country Marketing Managers to create and activate Social Media comms aligned to overall multi-channel Local comms plans
  • Analyze and track Paid Social campaign performance using our Social Media listening tool, GA and other in-app dashboards.
  • Be curious - Ideate new concepts, formats, channels and lead the briefing and implementation process. Bring insight and rationale behind every new concept, base your ideas on learnings and your expertise of the Social Media landscape.
  • Report periodically, and on a campaign-by-campaign basis to ensure visibility & understanding across your stakeholder network.

To join our team, you will also possess these qualities: · Extensive experience in Meta Ads manager is a must. · Experience in Tik Tok, Pinterest and Snap Chat Ads Manager. · Experience managing budgets, terms & conditions, usage rights and data privacy management. · Experience in new social channels like Twitch is a plus · Experience in a SaaS platform. · Demonstrate an understanding of different social content formats and channel-specific needs. · A good eye for social native creatives and social trends · A natural communicator that can work with multiple stakeholders at one time. · Experience of managing commercial performance goals through conversion preferred. · Strong analytics skills, experience tracking performance in GA and in-app dashboards required. · Experience managing content storage, testing, and approvals required.
